AllBankIFSCCodes provides a free online platform for searching Indian bank IFSC codes, MICR codes, and bank branch details. Our services include:

• IFSC and MICR code search engine
• Bank branch directory with 176,000+ branches
• Banking tools (EMI calculator, bank comparison, cross-lookup)
• Free developer API for IFSC code lookups
• Educational content about banking codes

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to overload, crash, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data beyond the API rate limits
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Redistribute or resell the data without proper attribution

Our free IFSC Lookup API is subject to the following additional terms:

• Rate Limits: Free tier is limited to 100 API requests per day per API key
• API Keys: Each user is issued one API key via Google Sign-In. API keys are non-transferable
• Fair Use: The API is intended for integration into applications, not for bulk data extraction
• Attribution: When using our API data, we appreciate (but do not require) attribution to AllBankIFSCCodes
• Uptime: We make reasonable efforts to maintain API availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify API endpoints, rate limits, or terms with reasonable notice

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information:

• All data is sourced from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) official database
• We update our database regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy
• Bank mergers, branch closures, and new branch openings may cause temporary data discrepancies
• Users should verify critical banking information directly with their bank before making transactions

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AllBankIFSCCodes and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The IFSC and MICR code data itself is public information provided by the Reserve Bank of India. Our value-add lies in the presentation, search functionality, tools, and API built around this data.

When you create an account via Google Sign-In on our API Dashboard:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key
• You agree not to share your API key with unauthorized users
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API keys that violate these terms

In no event shall AllBankIFSCCodes, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, any financial losses resulting from using incorrect IFSC codes or bank details obtained from our Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites (including bank websites and the RBI website). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
